What to do about wedding flowers? Where to start?
Congrats you just got engaged! A wedding in San Diego is a true dream come true. You are feeling all the fun emotions of the BIG day and want to start planning all the fun aspects of your personal day!
But……where does one start planning a San Diego wedding? Venue???? Flowers? Wedding Dress? Photographer???? Food tastings? Cake tasting? The list goes on and on?
Four Seasons is here to help you with the flower decor part of your BIG day, or in some ways the key part of wrapping up your vision and feel.
Flowers take your special wedding day, to a memorable and more elevated day. Whenever you add flowers to any event, it transforms a normal event to a special event because of flowers!!!! Four Seasons Flowers is here to be your partner in making that happen for you. We are able to work with any reasonable budget, the first step in this process. Take your time, figure out what is a true budget you would want to spend on flowers! Please be honest, we will work within any reasonable budget. We provide different cost levels to help you with options. We want it all, but sometimes a budget doesn’t allow for that. We will help figure out what you need to create your vision and feel.
Step 2 – Start compiling photos to gain ideas! Make a board or organize them for you to be able to access them easily. Be aware though, many publications do not accurately state correct floral costs. Talk to us so we can help you understand costs. Our job is to work within any reasonable budget. We offer an “info meeting”, about 15-20 minutes to go over your questions and provide answers.
Finished those first steps? Solid, you still need to make one more move before making your appointment with us. Choose your bridesmaids dresses! Once you have ordered the bridesmaids dresses, now you are in a position to talk about flowers. This should be 6-12 months before your wedding day. Flowers help pull together your look, feel, vision and your bridesmaid dresses are a main part of that.
*Only exception is if you know with 100% certainty the flower color you will choose, for example, “I want all white flowers no matter what color I choose”.*
